  • Mackinac Island’s Halloween Weekend. This occasion takes place Oct. 27-29.   • Houghton’s Higher Peninsula Halloweenie Race. The Metropolis of Houghton and Citrus Salon will host a Halloween-themed canine race at 4 p.m. on Oct. 14 on Sheldon Avenue in Houghton. Proceeds from the occasion will profit the Copper County Humane Society.
  • Pickford’s Trunk-or-Deal with. The Pickford PTA will host their annual trunk-or-treat from 2-5 p.m. on Oct. 28 on the Pickford Neighborhood Park. Blue Sage Bistro and the All Kinds, All Events (ASAO) Neighborhood Efficiency Troupe may even attend.
